  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Slice Fresh Ginger
  • 2 Vitamin C Elements Capsules


  1. Peel and cut the orange, carrot and ginger into small pieces.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender jug.
  3. Open the 2 Vitamin C Elements Capsules and pour the contents into the blender jug.
  4. Blend until you get a homogeneous mixture, serve and voilà!
