Integratore di Zinco ad alto dosaggio, inoltre è addizionato con Vitamina B6 che apporta molti benefici. Mi ci sto trovando bene, soffro molto ma davvero molto di afte e mi hanno dato una lista di integratori da provare, tra cui di questo tipo. Per ora sembra che le afte siano diminuite, lo prendo da praticamente 2 settimane. Sono 120 capsule da prendere 1 al giorno, quindi dura 4 mesi, per il prezzo ci sta molto! Zink gehört bei mir zur Standartversorgung. Jeden Abend nehme ich zum Abendessen 1 Zinkkapsel. Bei diesem Produkt sind 15 mg schnell verfügbares Zink, dass der Körper biologisch gut aufnimmt. Bitte nicht mehr als 1 Kapsel täglich, da dies den Kupferhaushalt schädigt. Ich merke durch die Zinkeinnahme das es meiner Haut gut tut, da ich zu Hautunreinheiten neige und sie weniger nachfettet. Auch wird mein Porenbild besser. Praktische Schraubverschlussdose für 120 Kapseln die klein und einfach zu schlucken sind.
