Our Biotin Complex contains three ingredients, biotin, zinc and selenium, which contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. On one hand, biotin and zinc together contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. On the other hand, selenium and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal nails. In addition, vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Biotin Complex contains zinc and selenium which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

IMMUNE SYSTEM

The zinc, selenium and vitamin D in Nutralie Biotin Complex contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

DIRECTIONS

Take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water.

Since I have rather thinner hair since pregnancy, I occasionally make a biotincture at regular intervals. Now I have resorted to this product due to the many good reviews. The combination with vitamin D + E, selenium and zinc is also perfect for beautiful fingernails. With 120 capsules that are easy to swallow, these are enough for just under 3 months ????

I bought these capsules to improve the growth of my hair and condition of my nails. They are easy to swallow and they are 100% vegetarian. I have been taking them just for a few days so not sure about the result yet. Will update you shortly.

This product is very useful and helpful. I have benefited from this Biotin. I had issues relating to hair loss. After consuming this product consistently, I have noticed that my hair is slowly thickening. Can’t wait to see more result. It’s easy to swallow not that big in size. I definitely would recommend.

I have used biotin for a while as I feel it makes a difference to hair fall out. I started to take biotin after having my son and suffering with hair loss. Usually cost a lot more for other brands I have tried so these are excellent at this price. Great value for money. Easy to swallow, packaged well. Great product.
