I decided to buy this melatonin supplement because between my studies and the heat, I went to bed around 1 o’clock and I didn’t sleep for more than an hour. I’ve been taking it for 3 days and so far I think it’s done the trick. I take it around 11.30pm and by midnight I feel more relaxed and my mind is less busy, that is, without thinking about a thousand things that have happened during the day or worries. In my case it doesn’t work miracles and I don’t fall asleep all at once, but it’s true that I fall asleep more easily and above all more relaxed in general. The size of the tablets is not very big, although it is true that the taste is not completely pleasant (I guess because of the combination of herbs and things It carries). It is a good supplement.
