Für die körpereigene Vitamin D produktion braucht es UV-B-Strahlung der Wellenlänge 290 nm bis 315 nm. Diese tritt ganzjährig in ausreichender Menge nur unterhalb des 35. Breitengrads auf. Da Deutschland auf dem 47. bis 55. Breitengrad liegt, ist eine substitution empfehlenswert. Die US-amerikanische Fachgesellschaft für Endokrinologie empfiehlt für Erwachsene Zufuhr von ca 1700 IE Vitamin D täglich. Die maximale Dosierung gemäß dieser Leitlinie liegt bei 10 000 IE pro Tag. Daher habe ich mich für dieses Produkt entschieden. Das Produkt wurde geliefert wie beschrieben.

Mein Arzt hat mir empfohlen D3 und K2 zu supplementieren. Vor der Einnahme hatte ich einen deutlichen D3 Mangel. Nach der regelmäßigen Einnahme in hoher Dosierung ist mein Blutwert endlich im Normalbereich und ich fühle mich total fit. Mein Arzt hatte 10.000 Einheiten pro Tag empfohlen und genau die Menge entspricht einer Kapsel am Tag. In solch Hoher Dosierung muss ich bei anderen Firmen meist mehrere Kapseln nehmen und würde K2 überdosieren. Daher sind diese einfach perfekt. Größe lässt sich auch leicht schlucken.
