Hice tiempo que tomo infusiones de jengibre por las mañanas y de cúrcuma por las noches para reducir la grasa corporal y por sus propiedades antioxidantes y de prevención de enfermedades, pero el sabor es horrible. Al tomar estas cápsulas me evito el mal sabor de ambas infusiones (de sabor muy fuerte) y con sólo 2 al día es suficiente. Vienen 120 cápsulas con lo que tengo para 2 meses aproximadamente y por su precio merece bastante la pena.

La verdad es que el bote dura muchísmo, es una manera sencilla de tomar cúrcuma.
Las propiedades antiinflamatorias se notan junto con otros tratamientos como el calor que combinados dan muy buenos resultados.

Este producto tiene una combinación de varios productos para ayudar a nuestro organismo a absorber mejor las propiedades de la cúrcuma y a la vez aporta más beneficios. Es un producto totalmente vegano.
La recomendación es tomarse dos cápsulas al día (yo por costumbre las tomo en ayunas con un vaso de agua), pero según he leído se puede tomar con las comidas, así también ayudarnos hacer una mejor digestión y quemar grasas, (viene en un frasco de 120 cápsulas).
Los beneficios de la combinación de estos tres ingredientes (cúrcuma -pimienta negra – jengibre) nos ayudarán a una mayor absorción de los componentes que nos ayudan con los dolores y la inflamación, aumenta nuestro sistema inmunológico, darnos más energía y también ayuda a quemar grasas (dieta).

Usavo già da tempo la curcuma in cucina, ma dopo aver visto un programma in tv che ne vantava i suoi pregi sulla salute, mi sono documentato ed ho scoperto che i benefici della curcuma possono essere aumentati fino a 20 volte se viene assunta in abbinamento con il pepe nero e zenzero. Questa combinazione incrementa l’assorbimento della curcumina del 2000% (ovvero di 20 volte). Arrivate in poco, le ho provate subito. La funzione antinfiammatoria di curcuma e zenzero sta dando i suoi primi risultati ed è una cosa che mi rallegra molto. È il secondo prodotto della Nutralie che provo, entrambi per le articolazioni, mentre il primo ha iniziato a lavorare sulla cartilagine, quest’altro ha iniziato a lavorare sull’infiammazione e i dolori iniziano a sentirsi di meno.

Da ich Probleme mit Entzündungen in den Gelenken habe, probiere ich immer wieder etwas “Neues” aus der Naturheilkunde aus. Die Mischung in diesen Kapseln ist sehr gut dosiert und die Wirkung stellt sich nach einigen Tagen langsam ein. Schmerzen und Schwellungen in den Gelenken sind bereits (nach 7 Tagen Einnahme) etwas zurückgegangen. Die Kapseln sind leicht zu schlucken und sehr geschmacksneutral. Da ich kein Fan des Kurkuma Gewürzes in der Küche bin, da dieses für mich unangenehm schmeckt, sind die Kapseln eine gute Alternative. Ich würde sie auch jedem der Probleme mit Entzündungen im Körper hat wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Allerdings hilft Kurkuma ja auch bei unzähligen anderen Problemen und unterstützt den Körper bei vielen wichtigen Funktionen. Ich habe mich vor dem Kauf natürlich auch über das Gewürz schlau gelesen und alle Kriterien, die mir wichtig waren, sind hier bei diesem Produkt als Nahrungsergänzungsmittel für mich erfüllt. Curcumin wird schon seit Jahrtausenden in der indischen Heilmedizin eingesetzt und hilft bei einer Vielzahl an Beschwerden. Bitte beachtet, dass Kurkuma nur in Kombination mit Fett vom Körper aufgenommen wird – Das heißt, nehmt die Tabletten zu einer Mahlzeit ein oder mixt euch einen EL Öl ins Glas Wasser. Die Tabletten sind super dosiert. Der Kurkumingehalt einer Kapsel sollte umgerechnet ca.15g reinem Pulver entsprechen. Dazu kommt noch das zugesetzte Piperin, welches die die Bioverfügbarkeit um ein Vielfaches erhöht. Den Ingwer sehe ich als schönen Bonus, der das Produkt abrundet und von anderen Herstellern abhebt. Bin total zufrieden!

Kurkuma soll im Körper Entzündungen lösen und diese entgegenwirken. In der Verbindung mit Piperin soll Kurkuma besser vom Körper aufgenommen werden. Zuvor hatte ich versucht, Kurkuma in Pulverform mit Orangensaft zu mir zu nehmen. Das hat mir überhaupt nicht geschmeckt und ich konnte nur einen Schluck nehmen. Auf der Suche nach Kurkuma-Kapseln bin ich auf die von Nutralie gestoßen. Das Schlucken ist wirklich einfach, zum einen, weil die Kapseln nicht so groß sind, zum anderen, weil der Geschmack nicht so intensiv ist wie beim Pulver. Man schmeckt das Kurkuma nur ein wenig heraus. Ich bin gespannt, wie es nach einiger Zeit wirkt. Ich habe gelesen, dass Verdauungsprobleme sich lösen und man viel mehr Energie verspürt ☺️

De kurkuma en zwarte peper capsules genezen echt mijn achillespeesontsteking. Ik ben onlangs drie weken weggeweest zonder dat ik er een had en het probleem is weer opgelaaid. Zodra ik ze deze keer begon in te nemen, ging de zwelling vrijwel direct naar beneden. Ik zou dit product van harte aanbevelen. Heel makkelijk in te slikken, geen nasmaak, zacht voor de maag.
