Termine el bote y empecé a notar los efectos pasadas las dos semanas aproximadamente. La verdad es que era muy reacio a este tipo de productos y he de decir que mi estado de ánimo ha mejorado sustancialmente, así como la fatiga, que ha desparecido. El médico me recetó vitamina D y E porque tenía déficit de calcio, de me estaba cayendo el pelo, las uñas y como no tomo pescado… Y me hablaron muy bien de estas cápsulas y tras una semana tomándola… Genial, no puedo estar más contenta, me tomo 2 por la mañana y me doy un paseo al sol… De momento han mejorado los niveles de las vitaminas que me faltaban…vamos poco a poco.

Pues he probado varias marcas y últimamente no venían las pastillas del mismo tamaño, así que decidí pedir esta marca y la verdad que son geniales. Son fáciles de tomar, porque no llegan a ser totalmente duras, son un poco flexibles y su textura facilita que pasen sin problema por la garganta. En el bote vienen 60 capsulas y el bote viene bien precintado para que puedas comprobar que no ha sido manipulado. Sus beneficios pues son a la larga, yo las uso para mejorar el estado de la piel, ya que es imposible de tomar el Omega necesario con la alimentación actual.

Si sa che gli omega 3 sono costosi per questo ho acquistato questo prodotto. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo se si calcola la percentuale di omega 3 presente nelle capsule. Per valutare i risultati bisognerà fare qualche settimana almeno di trattamento. Le capsule sono di dimensioni “importanti” ma bevendo abbondante acqua si riesce a deglutirle senza troppa difficoltà. Apprezzo il fatto che trascorsa qualche ora dall’assunzione non si avverta la sensazione sgradevole di aver ingerito “sardine” come mi è accaduto con altri prodotti. Essendo in menopausa apprezzo il fatto che in questo prodotto sia presente anche la vitamina E e D 3. Soffro di infiammazioni articolari e ho già notato in poco meno di una settimana di assunzione un leggero miglioramento. Assumo però 2/3 capsule al giorno di prodotto.

Dalle prime assunzioni ho notato fin da subito una sensazione di leggerezza nelle articolazioni. Come se avessi perso 20 chili senza averli persi, Ottimo prodotto, contiene 60 pillole e vanno prese 2 al giorno, quindi si è coperti per 30 giorni a confezione. Presi con uno stile di vita sano e con un alimentazione corretta ci si sente subito meglio! (non prendeteli per sostituire pasti) Ho provato altre pillole di omega 3 dalla farmacia ma questi ho subito notato la differenza. Provatelo.

Assumere regolarmente integratori di Omega 3 è davvero importante! Generalmente però i prodotti di questa categoria sono scadenti o a causa di un involucro della capsula troppo sottile o di una quantità troppo esigua per dose. Questo prodotto invece è eccellente, immediatamente riconoscibile come un prodotto di eccezionale qualità! Sono felicissimo finalmente di aver trovato il perfetto integratore di Omega 3!

Fatigue et nervosité sont mon quotidien dû mon activité professionnelle qui est stressante je suis chef de cuisine dans la restauration, du coup, je suis partie en quête de compléments divers pour lutter contre cette fatigue je me suis tournée vers ces oméga 3 pour tester. Les gélules ne sont pas trop grosses, n’ont pas d’odeur désagréable de poisson comme certaines marques, c’est un flacon de 60 gélules pour une prise de 2 gélules par jour pour 1 mois de cure, à voir sur le long terme ce que cela donne sur ma fatigue et mon stress mais cela semble pas mal. Le prix est très correct en comparaison à ce que l’on peut voir sur internet et en pharmacie.

J’aime cette formule car c’est une combinaison d’oméga 3, de vitamine D et de vitamine E. Les gélules n’ont aucune odeur ou goût étrange. Ils contiennent de la vraie huile de poisson et ne conviennent pas aux végétaliens ni aux végétariens. L’emballage contient 60 gélules, ce qui est suffisant pour un mois puisque nous devrions en prendre 2 par jour.

J’ai choisi ce produit parce qu’il contient exactement ce qu’il me faut. Son taux élevé d’acides gras polyinsaturés essentiels me permettent de réguler mon taux de stress ambiant, le fait qu’il soit également enrichi en vitamine D3 est une opportunité, surtout pendant ce confinement qui ne me permet pas d’avoir accès au soleil aussi longtemps que je le souhaiterai, il me permet de renforcer mon immunité. La vitamine E est un plus! Étant originaire des tropiques et habitant dorénavant en France, j’avais vraiment besoin de ce complément pour redonner à mon corps ce dont il a toujours bénéficié et qu’il manque cruellement aujourd’hui. Je suis d’ailleurs particulièrement surprise des gélules qui n’ont pas cette odeur forte de poisson que d’autres ont, elles sont facilement ingérable et je me sens déjà mieux avec! Je recommande!

Angesichts vieler Studien kam die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung (DGE) zu dem Schluss, dass sich Fisch, Fischöl oder Omega-3-Fettsäuren im Frühstadium von Herz-Kreislauf-Beschwerden günstig auswirken können und empfiehlt daher den Verzehr von ein- bis zweimal wöchentlich Fisch sowie die Aufnahme von DHA und EPA in Höhe von 250 Milligramm pro Tag. In der jüngsten Vergangenheit wurde außerdem der Zusammenhang zwischen Omega-3-Fettsäuren und demenziellen Erkrankungen wie Alzheimer diskutiert. Beim googlen kam ich auf das o. g. Produkt. Die Pillen, obwohl recht groß, sind gut zu schlucken. Ich fühle mich sehr fit und besser und ich bin der Meinung, dass ich etwas Gutes für meine Gesundheit mache. Die Tabletten sind nicht zu teuer und kamen in kürzester Zeit nach der Bestellung bei mir an. Sie waren gut und sorgfältig verpackt.

Ich finde Omega-3-Fettsäuren als Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sehr sinnvoll. Die Kapseln sind aufgrund der dunklen Plastikdose lichtgeschützt verpackt, riechen nicht sehr nach Fisch und sind für mich sehr bekömmlich.

Als Vegetarier ist Omega 3 unverzichtbar. Ich mag keinen Fisch. Außerdem reduziert Omega 3 Entzündungen im ganzen Körper. Sie werden deshalb bei Allergien, Asthma und Ekzemen empfohlen. Und ich muss sagen, es hilft. Kapseln sind neutral vom Geschmack her, für mich leicht zu schlucken. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung. Ich werde sie wieder bestellen.

Helpt mijn herstel na de training! Lief dat het niet die visachtige smaak heeft. Niet alleen de omega die helpt bij onze gewrichten maar ook de toevoeging van D3. Erg blij. Makkelijk door te slikken. Als je de olie niet direct kunt innemen, zou ik dit ten zeerste aanbevelen.

Ze zeggen dat vis voedsel voor de hersenen is, Nou mijn probleem is dat ik niet van vis hou. Ik neem deze al een paar maanden als aanvulling op het niet eten van vis.
