Animado por las buenas reseñas de mi padre respecto a esta marca, me decidí a comprar este producto para mi uso diario. La verdad que llevo muy poco tiempo con él, pero tengo la sensación de estar comiendo menos y no me genera esa “ansiedad” el no comer entrehoras. Very pleased with these capsules. Very easy to swallow which is great for me as I’m not the world’s most renowned lover of taking tablets! I can say that I’ve noticed the effect of them. I take them with breakfast and dinner and I fill full even up to four hours later. No bloating either. I work nights and have been very guilty of snaking throughout my shift. In passato ho già usato glucomannano di altra marca più costosa, ho voluto provare questo prodotto per il costo più basso e devo dire che mi trovo bene lo uso da circa una settimana ha un gradevole profumo di limone e sento già dei benefici mi sento più sgonfia e ho meno fame. La confezione ha 120 capsule: 2 capsule la mattina prima di colazione 2 prima di pranzo e 1 la sera accompagnate da 1/2 bicchieri di acqua, l’acqua a contatto con la pillola rilascia una sostanza naturale la quale diventa gelatinosa e aiuta a non sentire fame per ore. Ho provato quesro prodotto e grazie al glucomannano che è anche uno spezza fame.. Sono arrivata durante i pasti ad abbufarmi meno del solito.. Zunächst einmal das für mich wichtigste Kriterium: die Kapseln nehmen definitiv den quälenden Heißhunger! Ich denke, den meisten ist bekannt, dass die Konjak-Wurzel eine sättigende Wirkung hat und dadurch beim Abnehmen hilft. In dem hübschen Fläschchen sind 120 Kapseln, mittlerer Größe die man an besten mit ausreichend Wasser schluckt. Dir Wirkung ist schon stark, man fühlt sich satt nach kurzer Zeit. Nach knapp 4 Wochen habe ich knapp 4 Kilo abgenommen ohne zu hungern, tolle Leistung. Ich bin echt zufrieden mit der Leistung. Die Menge reicht knapp 4 Wochen. Empfehlung.

De capsules zijn groot en daarom heb je een heel glas water nodig. Ze zijn goed om je buik te vullen, zodat je in staat bent om de portiegrootte te verminderen.
