Complemento natural que va perfecto para el hígado, parece que la alcachofa (que no me gusta nada y al tomarlo en cápsulas, te lo ahorras) estimula la producción de bilis, y esto ayuda a todo lo hepático y demás. Ho ricevuto il prodotto a tempo record come al solito. Questo prodotto naturale composto da carciofi, Cardo mariano, finocchio, ravanello nero, ribes nero, tarassaco… A causa della quarantena ho seguito una dieta sfrenata e senza aver fatto esercizio per molti giorni, questo ha comportato qualche chilo in più, problemi ad andare in bagno, sensazione di stomaco gonfio. Cercavo da tempo un integratore a base di carciofo ma che combinasse anche altre erbe capace di avere un effetto detox ottimale. L’integratore finora ha soddisfatto le mie esigenze. Ce produit naturel composé d’artichauts, de radis noir, cassis, pissenlit, fenouil, chardon marie… comprend tout ce qu’il faut pour une bonne détox du foie. Alleine schon die Zutatenliste liest sich wie ein “Wundermittel”. Das Beste, was uns die Natur gegeben hat, in einer kleinen Kapsel: Artischocke, schwarzer Rettich, schwarze Johannisbeere, Löwenzahn, Papaya-Extrakt, Hagebutte, Brennnessel, Fenchelsamen und Rosskastaniensamen…wenn das mal nicht entgiftet und mich bei meiner Diät unterstützt. Meine Leber und mein Gewicht 😉 werden es mir danken! Der Geschmack der Kapseln ist neutral. Kein störender Geschmack oder ähnliches. Die Kapseln lassen sich außerdem problemlos schlucken. Für mich eindeutig eine gute Detoxkapsel! Empfehlung! Das Produkt kam außerdem schnell und gut verpackt bei mir an.

Endlich ein gescheites Produkt ohne Gelatine, für Leute, die sich vegetarisch oder vegan ernähren (oder aus religiösen Gründen keine Schweine-Gelatine essen können) perfekt. Bestellt habe ich es, um nach zwei kurz nacheinander folgenden Schwangerschaften die Pfunde loszuwerden. Ich bin zufrieden, man kriegt es problemlos geschluckt, es ist vegan und vor allem nur pflanzlich. Man kann dadurch die Kraft der Natur nutzen, ohne Löwenzahn, Fenchelsamen und Co wirklich essen zu müssen, man schluckt es einfach als kleine Kapsel und hat die Nährstoffe, ohne teilweise bitterschmeckende Pflanzen zu sich nehmen zu müssen. Alles in allem: Ich bin zufrieden.

Ich lege einmal im Monat eine Woche Intervall-Fasten ein. Zur Unterstützung habe ich mir diese Detox-Kapseln geholt. Mit viel Wasser und der richtigen Ernährung verliere ich ca. 2-3 kg in der Woche, wobei 1 kg meist das Wasser ist. Dennoch komme ich so Schrittweise zu meinem Wunschgewicht, welches dann vor allem auch bleibt, ohne Jo-Jo-Effekt. Ich denke wenn ich noch etwas Sport treiben würde hätte ich sicher noch bessere Ergebnisse…..aber da kann ich meinen inneren Schweinehund leider nicht überwinden.
