How many capsules should be taken per day? When are the effects felt?
Take 3 capsules a day with a glass of water. The usual form of intake is 1 capsule in the morning at breakfast, 1 capsule at lunch and 1 capsule at dinner. The effects vary from person to person but generally start to be felt after the first two weeks.
How long should Black Maca Complex be taken?

Ja, was soll ich sagen: Maca gehört schon seit einiger Zeit zu meinem absoluten standard “stack”. Es gibt verschiedene Farben – das schwarze gilt als das stärkste, vor allem in Bezug auf die Libido und auch den Muskelaufbau. Hierbei handelt es sich sogar um ein Extrakt – mit anderen Worten wird hier die Wirkung noch um einiges potenziert. Als Mensch, der sich in erster Linie pflanzlich ernährt, freue ich mich bei diesem Präparat außerdem über den Zussatz von B12. Top!

Super, ein Maca Produkt in dem Zink, B-Vitamine und sogar L-Arginin gleich mit drin sind. Die sinnvolle Kombination solcher Nährstoffe spart mir Geld und ich habe mit wenigen Kapseln alles drin. Maca ist super für die Vitalität, während Zink und Arginin zwar für jeden, aber gerade auch für Sportler eine sinnvolle Nahrungsergänzung darstellen (gut für den natürlichen Hormonhaushalt und eine verbesserte Durchblutung). B-Vitamine sind für diverse gesunderhaltende Prozesse absolut essenziell. vor allem Vegetarier sollten diese unbedingt ergänzen, allerdings leiden auch Fleischesser mittlerweile häufig an einem Mangel. Het is veel handiger om ze allemaal in hetzelfde supplement te hebben, plus B-vitaminen voor het energieniveau.
