NUTRIEXPERTS, SL is responsible for processing the personal data of individuals who have created a profile on any of its social media channels. 2. USE OF THE PROFILE
The data controller may perform actions such as accessing public information from the profile, posting information already present on its own social network to the user’s profile, sending personal and individual messages, and status updates. The user can always control their connections and restrict with whom content is shared via their privacy settings.
3. POSTS
Once the user is a follower, they may post comments, links, images, or multimedia content.
Ownership: The user must be the owner of the content or have the consent of affected third parties.
Prohibitions: Posts that violate morality, ethics, or law, as well as offensive or defamatory comments, are prohibited.
Responsibility: The data controller reserves the right to remove content immediately and block users without prior notice. The user is primarily responsible for their own privacy regarding freely published content.
4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
It is recommended to review the age requirements of each social network. The data controller is not responsible for the use of social media by minors or persons with special needs, whose access must be supervised by their legal representatives.
