Este suplemento es un combo de vitaminas y minerales. Éstas vitaminas y minerales no siempre podemos consumirlas con la comida, por lo que es aconsejable tomar un multivitaminico. Vienen 60 pastillas, y se toma una al día, por lo que nos va a durar 2 meses. Yo me tomo una en ayunas todas las mañanas. Y me encuentro menos cansado y con algo más de energía. Pero a pesar de tomar este suplemento no hay que dejar de comer bien, porque esto es un suplemento para ayudar un poco, pero no sustituir una dieta saludable. Entre las vitaminas y minerales que contiene voy a destacar algunas: vitaminas (A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, D, E, K, B9), hierro, zinc, cobre, magnesio, manganesio, yodo, coencima Q10, entre otros.

Llevo más de una semana usándolas, las compré porque me sentía bastante bajo de energías, llevaba ya un tiempo queriendo comprar unas y me recomendaron estas. Desde el segundo o tercer día me empece a sentir mejor ya desde por la mañana y a pesar de pasar el día en el trabajo, salgo con más ganas de hacer cosas, me ayudan a seguir haciendo ejercicio sin sentirme destrozado al día siguiente. En mi opinión, un complemento vitamínico es totalmente necesario para todas las personas, a no ser que tenga una alimentación completamente PERFECTA. La verdad es que en los días que lo he usado, me ha gustado bastante. Tendré para 2 meses completos, ya que la toma es de 1 al día. Cercavo un multivitaminico come prevenzione per l’inverno, e questo è completissimo, contiene molte vitamine e sali minerali, compresi anche quercetina, licopene, luteina e coenzima Q10! E’ inoltre un prodotto vegano, le capsule non sono troppo grandi, si deglutiscono facilmente, e in ogni caso si possono anche aprire per versare il contenuto in un liquido o in una pietanza e assumerlo ancora più facilmente. J’ai commandé cette cure de multivitamines pour mon père qui tombe souvent malade en ce moment. Il est également fatigué et pas en forme.
Ce produit est un cocktail de vitamines et minéraux très intéressant pour combler toutes les carences du moment. Les gélules sont végétales, ce qui m’a également séduit. La boite contient 60 gélules, donc 2 mois de cure . Le prix est donc intéressant. La livraison est rapide et le produit est bien emballé. Les pilules sont un peu grosses mais mon père les avale avec un jus de fruit. Pas de gout particulier à souligner même si légère odeur dans le flacon. Cette cure fait du bien à mon père et je vous la recommande pour être en forme au printemps.

Quoi de mieux qu’un produit de qualité, avec plein de vitamines et minéraux d’origines naturelles? Avant d’acheter ce produit, j’ai souhaité faire un petit tour sur leur site internet afin d’en savoir un peu plus. J’ai pu en conclure que leurs produits étaient 100% qualitatifs, en étant transparent sur les origines des ingrédients, vis à vis des consommateurs, et rien que pour ça, j’achète! C’est tellement rare de nos jours qu’une marque ne dise pas uniquement ce qu’on souhaite entendre. Enfin un produit qui va me remettre en forme sur le long terme! Si je prends 1 gélule par jour, le produit me durera 2 mois! C’est énorme! J’attends de voir sur le long termes, mais pour le moment je suis assez conquis, d’autant plus que les gélules sont assez faciles à avaler 🙂 Si tout se passe bien dans les mois à venir, j’en reprendrais!

Habe mir die Multivitamin-Tabletten bestellt um täglich mit den wichtigsten Vitaminen & Nährstoffen versorgt zu werden. Bei dem Produkt werden laut Verpackung 13 Vitamine und 9 Mineralstoffe kombiniert, fast jede einzelne Nährstoffmenge füllt den Tagesbedarf um 100%. So braucht man täglich nur eine Tablette zu schlucken, anstatt eine ganze Hand voll, wenn man alles einzeln kaufen müsste. Die Tabletten waren leicht zu Schlucken und schmecken sogar gut (leicht nach Limone). Der Versand war auch schnell.

Verpackung: Das Kunsttofffläschchen, in dem die Kapseln sind, hat noch eine Umverpackung aus Pappe. Diese war leicht verknickt bei der Lieferung, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist, da alle Informationen auch auf dem Fläschchen einzusehen sind. Dieses ist unter dem Deckel mit einer Folie frischeversiegelt. Kapseln: Die Farbe der Kapseln würde ich als sonnengelb beschreiben und sie haben etwa die Größe einer Eisenkapsel (siehe Bild). Ich konnte sie ohne Probleme schlucken. Geschmacklich sind sie neutral. Wirkung: Ich nehme jetzt seit ein paar Tagen jeweils eine Kapsel beim Frühstück ein. Was ich extrem gemerkt habe, ist, wie viel wacher ich bin. Ich bin in den letzten Tagen circa eine Stunde früher aufgewacht, ganz ohne Wecker, und fühle mich auch tagsüber wach und ausgeschlafen. Darüber freue ich mich riesig, denn Kaffee als Wachmacher vertrage ich nicht! Von einer Verbesserung des Hautbildes habe ich noch nichts gemerkt, ich denke aber, dass das einfach ein paar Wochen dauert. Fazit: Ich würde dieses Produkt unbedingt weiterempfehlen, vor allem für Leute, die eine Alternative zu Kaffee suchen:)

Ik gebruik ze nu al meer dan een week, ik heb ze gekocht omdat ik me nogal energiezuinig voelde, ik wilde al een tijdje wat kopen en ze hebben me deze aanbevolen. Vanaf de tweede of derde dag begon ik me ‘s morgens al beter te voelen en ondanks dat ik de dag op het werk doorbreng, ga ik er met meer verlangen naar uit om dingen te doen, ze helpen me om te blijven oefenen zonder me de volgende dag kapot te voelen.
