Decidí comprar este complemento de melatonina ya que entre los estudios y el calor, me metía a la cama sobre la 1 y hasta pasada más de una hora no me venía el sueño. Lo llevo tomando 3 días y de momento creo que ha cumplido su función. Me lo tomo sobre las 23:30 y para la medianoche ya me noto más relajado y con la mente menos ocupada, es decir, sin pensar en mil cosas que hayan pasado durante el día o preocupaciones. En mi caso milagros no hace y no me quedo dormido de golpe, pero sí que es verdad que me entra el sueño con más facilidad y sobre todo más relajado en general. Como se ve en las fotos, viene todo completamente precintado (tanto el bote como la caja en sí). El tamaño de las pastillas no es muy grande aunque si es verdad que el sabor no es del todo agradable (supongo que por la combinación de hierbas y cosas que lleve). Me decidí por esta marca ya que en su página web encontré la información muy clara y además opté también por el multivitaminas immunity booster. En definitiva, a pesar de tener un precio algo más elevado que otros suplementos, este cumple con su prometido y en mi caso me ha funcionado muy bien.

Es la segunda melatonina que tomo, y tengo que decir que esta marca me gusta y mucho. La melatonina viene con vitamina B6,Tila, Valeriana, Melisa, lo que hace que el efecto relajante se multiplique y ayude a dormir mucho mejor. Llevo una semana tomándola por las noches antes de dormir y se nota mucho la diferencia. Es un producto que volveré a comprar, muy recomendable para la gente que dormimos mal.

Es un buen suplemento. He ido haciendo pruebas para ajustar la hora de tomarlo, y puedo decir que en una ocasión que me lo tomé demasiado pronto, el efecto relajante y de somnolencia se notaba bastante, por lo que si es el efecto que buscas, funcionar, funciona sin duda. En cuanto a la profundidad del sueño, me atrevería a decir que también mejora. He tomado otros suplementos de melatonina y creo que es el que más he notado, puede que por la mezcla con valeriana.

I’ve been doing tests to adjust the time of taking it, and I can say that on one occasion when I took it too early, the relaxing and drowsy effect was quite noticeable, so if it’s the effect you’re looking for, it works, without a doubt. Sono sempre al pc per motivi di lavoro con la rispettiva melatonina che la sera inizia sempre di più a degradarsi per via della luce del monitor. Perciò ho avuto alcuni problemi ad addormentarmi trovando ben presto conforto in questo prodotto. Un integratore di melantonina con flavonoidi (degli antiossidanti da quello che ho studiato) e valeriana, una radice che rilassa. Mi sono subito trovato bene, riuscendo così ad addormentarmi prima e riacquistando un sonno migliore rispetto a prima. Ho acquistato questo prodotto circa 15 giorni fa, informandomi e ricercando qualcosa di efficace che risolvesse i miei problemi con il sonno e con gli orari sballati faccio un lavoro su turni mattine,pomeriggi e notti quindi potete immaginare che non ho un sonno regolare, ma dopo pochi giorni di assunzione, ho potuto constatare i miglioramenti rispetto alla ben tornata regolarità del sonno, è conveniente con le sue 60 capsule cosa aggiungere che finalmente riposo bene è soprattutto mi alzo bene ,non sono per niente assonnata.

Cela fait juste 2 soirs que je les prends et l’effet se fait déjà sentir ! Cela fait longtemps que je n’avais pas aussi bien dormi, malgré toutes les méthodes essayées avant. Je prend 1 gélule 1h avant l’heure ou je compte me coucher pour qu’elle ait le temps de faire effet. S’en suivent un début de bâillement et d’endormissement qui sonnent à force l’heure d’aller dormir. Une nuit paisible sans être réveillée, jusqu’à la sonnerie du réveil. Et pour la première fois depuis longtemps, je n’ai pas eu cette sensation de me réveiller fatiguée! Pour autant, comme tous les trucs à base de melatonine, je ne vais pas en prendre tous les soirs ni tout le temps, car j’ai peur que mon corps finisse par s’y habituer et que ça ne lui fasse plus d’effet. Je ne veux pas non plus que mon corps en devienne dépendant. Je vais donc faire des soirs de récupération quand j’en aurai besoins, et les autres soirs dormir sans aide. Je trouve que c’est une très bonne alternative pour reposer son corps quelques nuits de temps en temps. La boîte contient 60 gélules ce qui pour le prix est vraiment bien comme quantité. Le rapport qualité-prix est bien équilibré selon moi. J’en rachèterai une fois la boîte terminée!

Ik heb tests gedaan om de tijd van inname aan te passen, en ik kan zeggen dat toen ik het een keer te vroeg nam, het ontspannende en slaperige effect vrij merkbaar was, dus als het het effect is waar je naar op zoek bent, werkt het zonder twijfel. Wat betreft de diepte van de slaap durf ik te zeggen dat het ook beter wordt. Ik heb andere melatonine supplementen genomen en ik denk dat het degene is die ik het meest heb opgemerkt, misschien vanwege het valeriaan mengsel.

Melatonine wordt geleverd met vitamine B6, Lindebloesem, Valeriaan, Melissa, waardoor het ontspannende effect zich vermenigvuldigt en je veel beter kunt slapen. Ik neem het ‘s nachts al een week voordat ik ga slapen en ik zie het verschil heel veel. Het is een product dat ik weer ga kopen, een aanrader voor mensen die slecht slapen.

Ik heb besloten om dit melatoninesupplement te kopen omdat ik tussen mijn studie en de hitte rond 1 uur naar bed ben gegaan en ik meer dan een uur niet heb geslapen. Ik neem het al 3 dagen en tot nu toe denk ik dat het de truc heeft gedaan. Ik neem het rond 23.30 uur en tegen middernacht voel ik me meer ontspannen en heb ik het minder druk, dat wil zeggen, zonder na te denken over duizend dingen die overdag zijn gebeurd of over zorgen. In mijn geval doet het geen wonderen en val ik niet in één keer in slaap, maar het is wel zo dat ik gemakkelijker en vooral meer ontspannen in slaap val. Zoals je op de foto’s kunt zien, wordt alles volledig afgesloten (zowel de boot als de doos zelf). De grootte van de tabletten is niet erg groot, hoewel het waar is dat de smaak niet helemaal aangenaam is (ik denk door de combinatie van kruiden en dingen die het draagt). Ik heb voor dit merk gekozen omdat ik zeer duidelijke informatie op hun website vond en ik heb ook gekozen voor de multivitamine-immuniteitsbooster. Kortom, ondanks het feit dat deze iets duurder is dan andere supplementen, maakt hij zijn belofte waar en in mijn geval is hij heel goed gelukt.
